Terri Labrie started investing in real estate in 2006 after sustaining injuries in a car accident that prevented her from going to work in her prior profession as a paralegal. Needing a new way to earn a living, she took her research skills and legal experience and started buying properties at the foreclosure auction.
Although her acquisition methods now include a variety of strategies, the foreclosure auction remains her favorite method for acquiring properties. It is her one true passion.
